I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was superb with no issues at all. The hotel facilities were great, especially the delicious and varied breakfast they offered. The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and it was easy to reach from the airport. this hotel had some of the best aspects that I've experienced.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the main street and close to public transportation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious, served with a beautiful view.

The location of the hotel was fantastic with easy access to bus and train services. The hotel also provided a welcome card , made transportation even more convenient. the family room we stayed in had comfortable and clean double and single beds.
The hotel had outdated decor and could use a modernization upgrade. The room was cramped and lacked amenities such as tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is within walking distance of several Ubahn stations, making it easy to explore the city. it is close to the Christmas markets, which is a great attraction during the holiday season. it was useful to have been told that getting off the U-Bahn at Kurfurstendam would lead to a twenty minute trek as opposed to getting off at a closer station, saving us time and effort. Lastly, the hotel is surrounded by the most exclusive shops in the city, perfect for shopping enthusiasts.
There was no opportunity to extend our stay at the hotel.
